TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have agreed with my TOS.
Turn around time can be more depending on the model's complexity.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
I reserve the right to use my work as samples for advertising and portfolio purposes.
I do not give .cmo3 file.
You have to credit me whenever you use the commissioned work. (@zev_exe))
workflow
Contact me via VGen [ πππ― ], Twitter (@zev_exe) or Discord (zevexe) with a brief. A price estimation would be made based on your demand.
You would need to deposit 50% of the payment after confirming the price.
I will keep you up to ever stages of your commission. Feel free to ask for revision before I had passed certain stages. Otherwise, revision fees would be added.
Once the work is finalized, i would send you the model showcase, you would have to complete the payment before receiving final file.
You have a week after receiving the final work to report any problem related to your commission. Revision are not allowed after that.
You would have full rights to the model for personal use.

payment
Currency is in USD/VND. Exchange rate: 1 USD = 15.000 VND
Payment by VGen, PayPal Invoice, Momo or national bank (BIDV). An invoice will be sent for payment.
CommissionS via VGen would increase by 5% in price due to VGen's service fee TOS.
I do provide payment plans.
Refund would not be allowed due to client's cause.
If the commission has to be cancelled due to my own cause, you'll be received a full refund.
Refunds cannot be given once the work is finalized.
